So I was probably the person most surprised when I found I liked Traeger’s Hickory Wood Pellets.

1/2 pound medium asparagus, sliced 1/4 inch thick on the diagonal.1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil.
2 cups shredded Gruyère cheese, (1/2 pound).
